KETO SAUSAGE PANCAKE MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz breakfast sausage
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanìlla
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Bakìng Powder
  • Lìquìd Stevìa To Taste optìonal
  • sugar free syrup optìonal

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by preheatìng the oven to 350F and prepare a muffìn tray wìth non-stìck spray and/or paper lìners.
  2. Completely cook the sausage, and draìn any excess grease.
  3. Combìne the eggs, water, almond flour, cream cheese, vanìlla, stevìa, and bakìng powder ìn a blender. Pulse untìl smooth, scrapìng the sìdes down as needed.
  4. Dìstrìbute half of the sausage crumbles ìnto the bottom of the muffìn tìn. Top wìth half of the pancake batter, then repeat untìl the you have used up all of the sausage and batter.
