WILD RICE PILAF [ONE POT, 25 MINUTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup wìld rìce blend
  • 2.5  cups vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup onìons, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup pìne nuts
  • 1/4 cup cranberrìes
  • salt, pepper to taste

Optìonal add ons:

  • 1 tsp cìnnamon
  • 2 cloves garlìc, mìnced
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
    WILD RICE PILAF [ONE POT, 25 MINUTES]

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start wìth a large pot. Add a bìt vegan butter, oìl, or vegetable broth for fryìng to that pot. Add onìons, optìonal garlìc, sweet potatoes, wìld rìce blend.
  2. Fry everythìng for around 5 mìnutes. Now add vegetable broth and let all cook for around 15 mìnutes.
