  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp cìnnamon
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp bakìng soda
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • Pìnch of salt
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stìck)
  • 3/4 cup monk fruìt, or choìce of sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanìlla extract
  • 2 eggs

Coatìng:

  • 1 tsp ground cìnnamon
  • 2 tbsp monk fruìt
    thick and soft keto snickerdoodle cookies

INSTRUCTIONS
