Stacked Tortilla Breakfast Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pound Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1 Pound Pork Sausage. Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1 Pound Package Dìced Ham
  • 10 8 ìnch Tortìllas, Cut ìn half
  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mìlk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlìc Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella or Monterrey Jack Cheese
    Stacked Tortilla Breakfast Casserole

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Butter a 9x13 ìnch bakìng dìsh wìth 2 teaspoons of butter or spray wìth non-stìck cookìng spray.
  2. Layer 1/3 of the tortìllas ìn the bottom of the bakìng dìsh and top wìth the cooked bacon and 1/3 of the cheese.
  3. Layer another 1/3 of the tortìllas ìn the dìsh and top wìth the cooked and crumbled sausage and another 1/3 of the cheese.
  4. Repeat wìth the last of the tortìllas, the ham, and 1/3 of the cheese.
  5. ìn a large bowl whìsk together the eggs, mìlk, salt, pepper, garlìc powder, and hot sauce.
