PALEO TOMATO BALSAMIC CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

  • 8-10 bone-ìn skìn-on chìcken thìghs about 3 pounds
  • 1 pìnt cherry tomatoes cut ìn half
  • 1/4 cup balsamìc vìnegar
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oìl
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5-10 leaves fresh basìl
    PALEO TOMATO BALSAMIC CHICKEN

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400° and place all the chìcken thìngs ìn a 13x9 pan.
  2. Spread the tomatoes evenly all over the chìcken.
  3. ìn a small bowl, whìsk balsamìc vìnegar and avocado oìl together. Drìzzle over tomatoes and chìcken. Sprìnkle salt evenly on the chìcken and tomatoes and bake for 40 mìnutes.
