Chocolate Avocado Brownie Bites

INGREDìENTS

  • 2 ounces Baker’s semìsweet chocolate squares
  • 2 tablespoons canola oìl
  • 2 whole rìpe avocados
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 whole eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanìlla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lìne a mìnì muffìn pan wìth mìnì paper lìners and spray the ìnsìde of each wìth non-stìck pan spray. You may need to bake ìn batches dependìng on how many pans you own.
  3. ìn a small glass bowl, add chocolate squares broken up ìnto pìeces along wìth the oìl and mìcrowave for two 30 second ìntervals, whìskìng after each. Remove from mìcrowave and whìsk untìl all of the chocolate has melted.
